An Energy Bar, Product News, And the Instant Economy

Over the last few weeks, the CrowdComfort team has been getting excited for an event called “Energy Bar,” held at our current incubator, Greentown Labs.  While they hold several Energy Bars throughout the year, this was special for a variety of reasons, including that it was the last Energy Bar of 2015. We appreciate the support Greentown has provided us, and have our recap below.

We announced two new apps!:  Along with a press release, and an announcement from our COO Kevin Loos, we launched two new smartphone applications downloadable from the App Store and Google Play. Manager CrowdComfort allows facility managers, and similar professionals their own space to delegate the workflows of building issues. The new end user app, CrowdComfort, allows anyone in buildings to report on maintenance, comfort, and other building issues with a touch of a button.

We talked tech: A brief, but educational panel, our advisors and CEO held an open discussion about the Enterprise Instant Economy. Doug Levin, Gregg Dixon, and Eric Graham used real-life examples of the latest trend in tech: instant access to services and experts at the push of a button.

The concept of the Instant Economy excites CrowdComfort, as our platform has this “instant economy” profile: A tap and touch solution to personal comfort, personal safety, and personal productivity within buildings.

We have a lot of Energy Bars to look forward to in 2016, more people to meet, and have even more ideas and concepts to help you personalize your comfort, instantly.

How are you utilizing the “Instant Economy?” What apps, products, and services do you use to capitalize on it?
